I sooo love this! Its fantastic! I love the horns and the whole 'Smoke' thing. I dont think I've ever seen a tongue designed quite like that either!
The only thing I would say you could change (and this is only if you want to because he looks awesome) would be his legs. If you made them a little longer it would convey more of his height, I think. When I looked at him at first I didnt think he would be as tall as you have listed, plus he's wearing those platform shoes so I would think he should look even taller. This is just a suggestion though.
